About · Berlin

Fifteen years building ventures. Now shipping AI-enabled work.

I'm Haris Rehman. I've spent fifteen years building ventures: inside corporate venture builders, in my own companies, and as an operator for founders. The projects on this site are a working sample of how I now ship that experience, as small AI-enabled products that earn the right to the bigger conversation. One of them is here precisely because the right call was to keep AI out. Knowing when not to reach for the model is half the job.

How I work

Decide. Test. Ship. Learn.

Every engagement runs the same four steps. What changes is who does the building, and how much of it I can compress with AI tooling now that Lovable is in the stack.

01

Decide

We start with the open question, not the feature list. By the end of the first session there's a written decision: the bet, what success looks like, what we'll know in two weeks.

02

Test

I design the smallest test that gives a real signal. Often an AI-enabled workflow, sometimes a no-code spike, occasionally a single landing page with paid traffic.

03

Ship

Something working goes in front of real users inside the engagement. Lovable lets me compress what used to be a six-week build into days.

04

Learn

Decisions and disconfirmations are written down, not remembered. Each cycle ends with a hand-off your team can run with after I'm gone.

Why this site exists

Job-hunting in the open.

I'm actively exploring AI product, solutions architect, customer engineer and venture-builder roles. The cleanest way to make the case wasn't a CV. It was to show working products, framed the same way I'd frame a paid engagement.

Each project on this site exists because I wanted to test an idea quickly. Reframing them as case studies (business problem, workflow, tools, ROI) is how I think about commercial work, not a marketing layer added afterwards.

If you're hiring for one of the roles above, the projects show the shape of the work. If you're a founder with a problem that maps to one of them, the same email works.
